When planning a wedding, it's best to avoid the months of April and May. This is Prom Season when limos are most sought after and are booked months ahead of time. Most companies require an 8 hour minimum on Saturdays during this time period and you may end up paying more than anticipated because of the increase in hourly minimums.

A good time to begin your wedding limo shopping is 6 to 9 months before your wedding date. Delays in your shopping could result in not finding the vehicle of choice. Most companies do not handle inquiries for service which extend beyond this time period.

Most companies do not offer "pick-up" and "drop-off" service as this only consumes approximately 1 hour of service time. Limousines are costly business assets; it is not cost effective for limousine services to offer their service for only 1 hour. Typically a 1 hour rental would consume more than 3 hours after considering travel times and vehicle preparation.

Lastly, limos are a great way to arrive and depart in style, which explains why they are such a popular transportation option for weddings. Since a wedding is such a momentous occasion,  you won’t want to hire just any limo service for your wedding transportation.  The last thing you want to do is rent the wrong type of limo – or experience a sub par limo service.
